We at The First Station believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, we made you a schedule full of varied exercises. In addition, The Station contains many businesses which helps you keep an healthy eating – Re:Bar, Fresh Kitchen, Teva Castle and more!

Schedule of our sport activities:

Sundays, 08:00-09:00, Outdoor exercise for men with Avraham Aleman.

Mondays, 11:00-12:00, Cardio Sculpt Fusion (fusion class incorporating cardio, bodyweight, pilates and yoga training) with Sabrina Perl.

Tuesday, 11:00-12:00, HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Allison Pollock.

Wednesdays, 09:00-10:00, Yoga for Women with Liya Louis.

Thursdays, 08:00-09:00, Qigong with Illa.

Fridays, 07:00-08:00, Kick and flow (a fusion of yoga and kickboxing) with Linor Rosenberg.

Fridays, 11:00-12:00, Live Strong Live Long Specialized Fitness For Older Adults with Michael Berezin.
