The Trainers biographies:

Allison Pollock: "My name is Allison Pollock and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and Social Worker. I am passionate about fitness and nutrition, and I love to help people of all ages reach their health and fitness goals. I am particularly excited about the benefits of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which consists of bursts of intense exercise interspersed with rest periods. The benefits of this type of exercise include increased cardiovascular fitness, as well as continued burning of calories and fat, up to 24 hours after a HIIT workout!"

Linor Rosenberg - Linor is an ACE (USA) and Wingate (Israel) certified fitness instructor. She gives Functional Outdoor One-on-One training sessions, and instructs Spinning, Yoga, Body Sculpt, Kickbox, Trx, Pilates...and anything else she can think of incorporating into classes.
When not working up a sweat, Linor loves cooking, bread baking, and trying to wrestle back her spot on the couch/bed from her cat and dog. Admittedly, it's a pretty hopeless battle.

Illa Graitzer: Illa has been working with Chi Kung and Tai Chi for over 25 years and learnt from the best teachers in Israel and all over the world. You can study more about her method in her website: www.nifflaot.co.il.
