Salon Yevani Jerusalem
Chef Guy Peretz’s Greek Salon restaurant, which brought the most authentic Greek experience to Israel, has arrived to Jerusalem. The restaurant, like the other restaurants in the group, offers the Dinner & Party experience – starting with a fine Greek meal and continuing on to a happy evening filled with Greek music and dancing. Every evening (7 days a week and Friday at noon), the best singers and musicians are invited for a live and joyful performance.
The Greek Salon’s menu loves the Mediterranean and boasts a wide variety of fresh local fish, alongside classic Greek dishes, pastries and pastas. The Salon’s must-haves include a fresh vegetable stand and feta dishes, an open bar of mezze and raw fish, a fisherman’s butcher with a platter and flames, and of course a sweet feast with an indulgent dessert table.
Greek Salon embraces Mediterranean cuisine in a traditional Greek design, with blue windows, lots of flowers and plates that can be broken, as in the greek tradition. The restaurant will have theme nights dedicated to various Greek sites such as Lesbos, Mykonos or Athens, where typical dishes will be served alongside music and a unique atmosphere.
